Overview of Return Policy
We want your shopping experience with eMarine Supplies to be easy and hassle-free. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items with
NO restocking fee within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.
Before returning any item, you will need to contact us in order to get an RMA number and address details for the return of the product.
Getting a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
eMarine Supplies has a simple and hassle-free Return and Exchange process. To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address details for sending back your product(s). Please note that we are unable to accept a return without a completed RMA Number.
- Pack the item(s) securely using the original packing material. If you do not have the original outer packing material, please use a strong, plain cardboard box package up the product. Please note that eMarine Supplies is currently unable to accept COD shipments. To ensure proper delivery, we highly recommend that you choose a carrier that offers delivery notification (e.g., UPS, USPS or FedEx).
- Please include the RMA Number in the address label (full details will be provided by our customer service team).
- Please insure the package for the full merchandise value and return all promotional materials, accessories, manuals, etc. in the manufacturer's box that were included with the original shipment.
You will be notified via your email address once the return is processed with all information about your exchange or refund.
Please Note: It is recommended that you insure packages for their full value as eMarine Supplies is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse operation. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Typical Processing Time for Returns
eMarine Supplies processes all returns quickly (typically within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise). Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account.

Requirements for Returning Products
All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken or tested), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components.
For defective items, please contact us immediately. Where the mistake is our fault, we will take immediate action to get you the correct product as quickly as possible.
We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage. Charges associated with returning items to eMarine Supplies are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was originally shipped.
All exchanges and returns require the creation of a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Restocking Fees
eMarine Supplies charges
NO restocking fees for most items sent back within 30 days of shipping from our warehouse.
Restocking fees are waived for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, provided all Return Conditions are met (see above) and Return Instructions are followed. Unfortunately, there are certain items that eMarine Supplies is unable to exchange or refund. For more information, please review the Return Policy Exceptions.
eMarine Supplies reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of opened, used or damaged products and for those returns not following our Return and Exchange Instructions. Please note that eMarine Supplies reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition. Additionally, eMarine Supplies reserves the right to charge additional fees if an item is not returned in its original packaging.
Shipping Refunds
eMarine Supplies ships most ground orders within the continental U.S. free of charge. Unfortunately, for orders not qualifying for free shipping, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to, domestic Ground, Express or international shipping. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than eMarine Supplies, e.g., customs or brokerage fees.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us immediately if a package arrives with an item not on the order or the product does not work properly. We will gladly exchange the unwanted item for a suitable replacement. When this occurs, eMarine Supplies will supply you with a UPS prepaid shipping label to cover all return shipping charges. Upon receipt of the item at our warehouse, if we determine that the item is not defective, broken, incorrect or that the customer misused the merchandise, eMarine Supplies will charge the customer's account the return shipping fees.
Returns After 30 Days
Unfortunately, at this time eMarine Supplies is
unable to accept any returns after 30 days elapse from the time of shipping from our warehouse. If you need to return an item after 30 days from receipt, please contact the manufacturer for possible repair or replacement.
Return Policy Exceptions
Unfortunately, eMarine Supplies is unable to accept returns or exchanges, at any time, for the following:
- All international (i.e., non U.S.) orders
- Inflatable products
- Gift certificates
