Return Policy
eMarine Supplies will exchange defective units and parts within 30 days of shipment. After the 30-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information. Customers seeking to return, not exchange, defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers may also replace defective items with other items of equal or greater value with no fees; you are not obligated to replace with the same model.

Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items. All returned items must be complete and in original factory packaging. Please contact us to receive our Return Authorization Number and further instructions for return.

All returned items without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

All claims on defective or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any items requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Special orders, software, maps, charts, propellers, inflatable items, videos and DVDs are not returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping charges will not be credited.

International orders are not returnable.

eMarine Supplies is not responsible for lost packages in shipping, products damaged in shipping, any orders that are returned to any address other than the one listed in the RMA. It is advised that you insure your package when shipping back to us and have tracking numbers.

For international shipping, please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges including return shipping fee and import tax, in case the package is refused.

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
